Understands how to operate in a senior line management position effectively.

Is a Qualified Coach, Certified practioner - Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Qualified user of motivational profiling & a Steering Committee member for the American Society for Training and Development (Czech Republic).

Has a 20 plus year history of highly profitable and successful involvement in sales both at the sharp end and in management, within the banking, wealth management and wider financial services market.

• Has been involved in the design, management and implementation of "change" within sales organisations and has a knowledge bank of the challenges and successes that are the outcomes of such processes.  
• Holds an "in house" coaching and training qualification and has received and delivered coaching and training.
• Has experienced “the good, the bad and the ugly” in terms of development and is committed to providing dynamic, energised, relevant development solutions
