They also have all been in line management roles. So we, have both the theory and the practical knowledge of working successfully in a mixed culture business environment.

Lead Coach and Learning Facilitator
Has a proven track record, over the last 20 years, in the areas of generalist HR and people development. Operated at Head of Function and Director Level with a range of multi national companies and sectors e.g. FMCG, manufacturing, retail, chemicals and coatings. Understands how to operate in a senior line management position effectively.
Is a Qualified Coach, Certified practioner - Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Qualified user of motivational profiling & a Steering Committee member for the American Society for Training and Development (Czech Republic).

- High quality, business focussed development programmes to cover all levels, from junior to top management
- Core and integrated people processes such as succession planning, 360 feedback, mentoring and performance management, competency and value frameworks
- Credibility as a coach to senior directors, executives and high potential executives in the areas of capability development and career transition
Lead Sales Coach and Trainer:
Has a 20 plus year history of highly profitable and successful involvement in sales both at the sharp end and in management, within the banking, wealth management and wider financial services market.
- Has been involved in the design, management and implementation of "change" within sales organisations and has a knowledge bank of the challenges and successes that are the outcomes of such processes.
- Holds an "in house" coaching and training qualification and has received and delivered coaching and training.
- Has experienced “the good, the bad and the ugly” in terms of development and is committed to providing dynamic, energised, relevant development solutions
