 What is MBTI®?
 Isabel Myers and Kathryn Briggs based the MBTI® on their  observations of psychiatrist, Carl Jung’s work and their own research of more  than 20 years. As a result, there is extensive evidence of the validity  and reliability of MBTI®.  A framework was developed  which helps people understand why people behave differently. It looks purely at  individual preferences and there is no right or wrong way of doing things. The MBTI questionnaire helps individuals to explore their  preferences for:
